The Voice is the latest talent show to pay tribute to Taylor Swift. On Monday night’s Semifinals show, the remaining artists will perform some of Swift’s biggest hits for their chance to stay in the competition.

The Voice Artists to Perform Taylor Swift Songs in Semifinals

Only nine artists remain in the Season 24 competition heading into Monday night’s Semifinals. During the episode, the artists will perform solo and in trios. For those trio performances, the artists will be covering songs by none other than Taylor Swift.

To announce the news, The Voice Instagram account posted photos from Swift’s past appearances on the show. The singer advised the artists in Season 7 and Season 17 contestants during the Knockouts. (In Season 17, her role was called Mega Mentor.)

The Voice isn’t the first talent show to pay tribute to Swift in recent months. In November, Dancing with the Stars dedicated an entire episode to dances set to Swift’s songs. We can’t wait to hear what songs will be featured during Monday night’s episode.

Some fans on Instagram are hopeful that Swift might make a surprise appearance during the show to announce the re-recording of her album Reputation.

Which Artists Are Left in the Competition?

There are nine contestants left in The Voice Season 24 competition after the live shows kicked off last week. Both Niall Horan and Reba McEntire have three contestants left on their teams, while John Legend has two and Gwen Stefani has one.

On Team Niall are Huntley, Nini Iris, and Mara Justine. McEntire’s team consists of Jordan Rainer, Jacquie Roar, and Ruby Leigh. Team Legend still has Mac Royals and Lila Forde, while Stefani only has BIAS left on her team.
